We accept Bank Deposit or Telegraphic Transfer or Online transfer via the banking channels enlisted below.

We will email you the account numbers upon receiving your orders.

Please note that the deposited amount must be equivalent to the total merchandise and shipping charges stated on Order Number emailed to you.

Shipping Delivery Time
Typically arrives 3-5 days after order processing.

Signature is required therefore please provide us with a valid home or business address to ensure that your merchandise can be delivered and signed for.  

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
You can ship your order to more than one address! Send a gift to one address and have the rest of your order shipped to you.

Please specify in your email order to us if you wish to do so and we will include a free mini 'Gift Card' on your behalf.

Shipping and Handling Methods
Pending your payment receipt and in-stock merchandise, we use 'Poslaju' carrier to ensure your order will arrive to you in the timeliest manner possible.

Standard Poslaju Delivery will arrive within 3-5 working days

In rare occasions, a shipment may experience a delay in delivery and not reach you in the time expected. If your expected delivery has passed, please contact us via email and quote your order number provided to you via email on order confirmation.

Track Delivery - Where is My Package?
We use 'Poslaju' carrier to ensure your order will arrive to you in the timeliest manner possible.

To check delivery status, first click here to view.
Type in the complete Airway Bill number (example : EDXXXXXXXXXMY) provided to you in our email on confirmation order.
Then click 'Track' button to view up-to-the-minute delivery details.

IMPORTANT NOTE : If you do not see delivery information when you click on your delivery status link, do not worry. We are in the process of carefully inspecting every item in your order for quality and packing it carefully. As soon as we release it to the carrier, a tracking link will be made available to you. Occasionally, there may be a 24 hr delay in viewing tracking progress from the point of our transmission to the carrier's first scan at one of their distribution centres. We ask that you allow sufficient time for the shipper to provide updates regarding the progress of your order prior to contacting us.
